ALONE IN THE FIELDS

Alone in the Fields is a solo rural horror RPG with journaling elements, inspired by Takuma Okada's Alone Among the Stars. You play alone, without a game master, taking on the role of a survivor trapped inside Stillwater, a small rural town surrounded by a military quarantine. Strange lights appear every night in the cornfields. People who tried to leave were never seen again. The government knows more than it says. There are no defined victories or defeats, only your story, shaped by the cards you draw and the choices you make. The game ends when you decide the story is over, whether through your character's death, their abduction, or simply when you feel the journey has come to an end.
